Refund policy

 

Each Courtesy of God piece is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at CourtesyofGod1@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once the issue is verified, we will gladly provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.

All sales are final on items that are correctly produced and free from defects. This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
